The Correct Unit Attributes form enables you to correct the unit attributes, such as the Unit ID, Container Type ISO, Line Operator, and Bill of Lading for the extracted chargeable appointment and truck visit appointment event(s).

You can use the Correct Unit Attributes form to correct the unit attributes of one or multiple extracted appointment and truck visit appointment events.

To update the unit attributes of one record:

1. In the list view, select the record for which you want to update the unit attributes.

2. Select the Actions Correct Unit Attributes option.

The Correct Unit Attributes form displays the existing information for the record.

3. Update the unit attributes for the selected record.

4. Click Save.

To update the unit attributes of multiple records:

1. In the list view, select the records for which you want to update the unit attributes.

2. Select the Actions Correct Unit Attributes option.

N4 displays the fields in the Correct Unit Attributes form as view-only with a check box to the left of each field label.

3. Select the check box to the left of the field label of the field that you want to edit.

The field becomes editable.

Do not select the check box for a field that you do not want to update for all the selected records. If you select a check box and do not enter a value, the field is set to null for all the selected records.

4. Select or enter a value in the field.

The updated values apply to all the selected records.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to update other fields for the selected records.

6. Click Save.
